Position 1: Appliance Delivery Driver
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in customers' homes. The majority of the work consists of appliance deliveries, drop-offs, and basic installations.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver appliances to customer homes
- Perform basic installations, including washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- Use dollies, straps, and moving equipment safely
- Remove old appliances when needed
- Maintain delivery schedules and route efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Take delivery completion photos and complete basic paperwork
Qualifications
- Delivery, moving, warehouse, or appliance experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift and move 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working as part of a two-person team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid work authorization/work permit required
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work safely and respectfully in customers' homes
Position 2: Experienced Appliance Installer
We're seeking skilled appliance installers who excel at problem-solving, technical installations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position focuses on complex appliance installations and built-in projects requiring precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and install major household appliances, including built-in refrigerators, wall ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, laundry units, and over-the-range microwaves
- Perform complex installations requiring measurements, modifications, and proper fitment
- Safely disconnect and reconnect water, gas, and electrical connections
- Use hand tools, power tools, dollies, straps, and lifting equipment
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process
- Complete installation photos, paperwork, and job documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Previous appliance installation experience preferred
- Experience with built-in or specialty appliance installations preferred
- Comfortable using power and hand tools daily
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid work authorization/work permit required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Schedule & Pay
- Shifts vary based on delivery routes and workload
- Monday–Saturday availability preferred
- Pay is based on daily route and experience (not hourly)
- Opportunity for full-time placement may become available based on performance and business needs
Pay: From $110.00 per day
