Assembly Worker – Full-Time | $16.50/hr. | Day Shift
Penmac Staffing is now hiring Assembly Workers at Regal Rexnord in Lincoln MO to help build small electric motors using hand tools and machines. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and manual dexterity. If you have experience with small power tools and can read and follow directions or blueprints, this could be a great fit for you!
Schedule for Assembly Workers:
- Monday thru Thursday
- 10-hour shifts starting at 6:00am
- Daily and Friday overtime opportunities available
Pay for Assembly Workers:
- STARTING PAY $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities of Assembly Workers:
- Assemble small electric motors using hand tools and machines
- Follow written instructions and blueprints to complete tasks accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements for Assembly Workers:
- Must be able to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be available to work full-time hours
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a local manufacturer. Candidates who perform well may be hired on by the client company.
