Are you passionate about leadership, organization, and creating exceptional patient experiences? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our startup general dental practice and help build something special from day one.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental office. Working closely with ownership and the clinical team, you will help establish the systems, culture, and patient experience that will shape the future of the practice.

Position Overview
The Office Manager will oversee daily operations, establish efficient workflows, support practice growth, and create an outstanding experience for both patients and team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and building strong operational systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily front office and administrative operations
- Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider productivity
- Manage insurance verification, claims, collections, and patient accounts
- Support credentialing and insurance payer enrollment
- Assist with startup logistics, office setup, vendor coordination, and systems implementation
- Develop office policies, workflows, and operational procedures
- Support patient acquisition, communication, and retention
- Coordinate staffing schedules and onboarding of new team members
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and office performance metrics
- Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-centered culture
Qualifications
- Previous dental office management experience preferred
- Oral surgery front desk/admin experience preferred, not required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Experience with credentialing and dental practice operations preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Ability to work independently while helping build structure within a startup practice
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend is preferred, not required
