- Lead & support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) management systems and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Henkel standards across designated facilities in the Americas.

Serve as a technical SHE resource to operations, engineering, maintenance, and other functions by identifying risks, interpreting requirements, and recommending practical solutions.

Lead and prioritize safety and health investigations, identifying risks and coordinating corrective actions across diverse operational environments.

Develop and recommend engineering controls, process improvements, and preventive measures to reduce workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental impacts.

Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and compliance assessments; identify gaps, communicate findings, and partner with site leadership to drive timely corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Independently prepare SHE reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support site-wide goals.

Develop and deliver SHE training, procedures, and communications that translate regulatory and company requirements into effective workplace practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS/SHE) management, preferably in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

Strong working knowledge of federal and state OSHA regulations and their practical application in the workplace.

Experience conducting risk assessments, investigations, audits, and developing effective corrective and preventive actions.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, prioritize initiatives, and make sound recommendations independently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and support a strong safety culture across the organization.

Professional certification such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, CIH, or equivalent is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $104,000.00 and $155,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
