Sayre offers 2 daylight shifts to choose from: 4 - 10 hour days (Monday - Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM) OR 5 - 8 hour days (Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM)
JOB TITLE: Finisher
DEPARTMENT: Finishing Department
REPORTS TO: Finishing Department Supervisor/Manager or Delegate
SUMMARY: Ideal candidate would have the qualifications and skills to perform a variety of different job duties within the department. This job requires a flexable mindset as individuals will be assigned a variety of duties throughout the workday.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to perform or support:
- Inspection
- Embossing
- Engraving
- Screen Print
- Packaging & Shipment
- Maintains constant and clear communication with Supervisor to ensure proper workflow between assignments.
- Follow and maintain safe manufacturing practices.
- Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in work area.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team constructively with little supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude.
- May require additional work hours during peak seasons.
