Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Developer to support our Director of Operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth internal processes while maintaining our commitment to excellence in sustainable packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Operations with data preparation for client presentations and reports.
- Organize and maintain internal data systems for efficient access and retrieval.
- Manage sample inventory and coordinate distribution to clients and internal teams.
- Review artwork to ensure alignment with brand standards and sustainability goals.
- Maintain project calendars and schedules to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Log meeting minutes and track action items to ensure follow-through.
- Help maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and communicated.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a highly motivated and ambitious attitude.

- Bilingual in Cantonese is a significant plus.
