- Diagnose and troubleshoot transmission issues accurately and efficiently.
- Perform repairs and rebuilds on automatic and manual transmissions.
- Conduct routine transmission maintenance and inspections.
- Collaborate with the service team to provide excellent customer service and vehicle care.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and follow all safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a Transmission Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of transmission systems and components.
- Ability to diagnose complex transmission problems effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
