What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in temporary staff daily
- Support onboarding: distribute badges, collect paperwork, and facilitate orientations
- Monitor and track employee attendance and timekeeping
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and workplace issues
- Escalate more complex matters to the Onsite Manager
- Maintain accurate employee records and rosters
- Communicate shift updates, changes, and announcements clearly to employees and clients
- Assist with interview coordination, hiring, and compliance tasks
- Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, reporting, travel coordination including booking and maintaining travel records)
- Uphold safety standards and ensure policy compliance
This will be a 30 – 40 hour/week position. Ideally, the position will be Tuesday – Saturday (Saturday mandatory) and possible hours would be 12noon – 6:30pm Tuesday – Saturday. There could be a little flexibility with the work hours if needed. The pay rate is $28/hour.

- High school education or GED is desirable for this position. Some college courses in business-related field helpful.
- Previous experience in staffing, HR or administrative support, preferred.
- Proficient with basic computer systems, including timekeeping and reporting platforms and Microsoft Suites.
- Experience with CRM tools preferred.
