Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Green Hills, proudly managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking a welcoming and service-focused Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. Situated in one of Nashville’s most vibrant and upscale neighborhoods, our hotel is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that reflect the brand standard.
This role is essential in creating memorable guest experiences, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment while providing outstanding service with a genuine smile.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, delivering a genuine Marriott welcome and farewell
- Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out processes using Marriott property management systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests with accuracy and attention to detail
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, assisting guests with inquiries and requests
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about hotel amenities, Green Hills attractions, dining, and local experiences in Nashville
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and daily reports in accordance with brand standards
- Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Address guest concerns or service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and support front desk accounting procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with Aimbridge Hospitality systems or standards is a plus
