Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have at least 1 year experience in high volume kitchen
- Good knife skills
- Ability to work weekends and most holidays
- Dedicated to working hard and learning with an outstanding and talented kitchen team
- Ability to maintain composure during busy services
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comply to restaurant policies
Responsibilities:
- Assembling food orders to completion
- Completing a prep sheet
- Staying organized and stocked
- Meeting and maintaining all food and plate specifications
- Meeting established cook-time standards
- Coordinating food items from all other parts of the line
- Able to speak and read English
- Motivating the team
