Your Day-to-Day
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential (and some light commercial) HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly with customers—explain issues and solutions in a way they’ll appreciate
- Work efficiently with teammates to get the job done right the first time
- Use mobile tech for documentation and scheduling
- Keep learning—we’ll help you sharpen your skills with regular training
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of HVAC service tech experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Friendly, respectful, and professional with customers and coworkers
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to participate in the on-call rotation (shared fairly!)
