DeNooyer Chevrolet, a respected, family-owned dealership celebrating over 70 years in business, is seeking a high-performing, experienced, customer-focused, and compliance-minded Finance Manager to join our leadership team in Holland, Michigan.
We’re looking for more than someone who can simply manage the F&I office. We want an experienced automotive professional who can partner with our Sales Managers and leadership team to help expand the performance, profitability, and long-term growth of our New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments and play a key role in driving the dealership’s next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do
As our Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full F&I process while working closely with our New and Used Sales Managers to drive overall dealership performance.
F&I Product Sales & Profitability
- Present and sell a full portfolio of F&I products, including VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, Appearance Protection, Service Contracts, and other available products
- Maximize product penetration while maintaining transparency and customer satisfaction
- Convert cash customers to dealership financing using a consultative, value-driven approach
- Structure deals to maximize front-end and back-end gross while staying within lender guidelines
- Identify opportunities to improve PVR, finance penetration, product penetration, and overall dealership profitability
- Work with the Sales Managers to structure deals that maximize opportunities while providing customers with the right financing solutions
Sales Department Growth & Leadership
- Partner closely with New and Used Sales Managers to increase sales volume, profitability, and overall department performance
- Help identify opportunities to grow both our New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments
- Support, coach, and develop the sales team to improve deal quality, finance opportunities, and the overall customer experience
- Work collaboratively with Sales Managers and dealership leadership to identify opportunities, solve problems, and keep deals moving
- Bring ideas, energy, and a team-first leadership mentality that contributes to the continued growth and success of the dealership
- Lead by example and help create a culture of accountability, teamwork, performance, and continuous improvement
Customer Service & Delivery Excellence
- Build trust with every customer through a transparent, educational, and professional approach
- Communicate clearly with Sales Managers, salespeople, lenders, and customers to keep deals moving efficiently
- Ensure customers fully understand their financing options and F&I products
- Provide a smooth, efficient “We Make It Easy” customer experience from purchase through delivery
- Balance dealership profitability with long-term customer satisfaction and retention
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain complete legal and regulatory compliance at all times, including Federal, State, OEM, and lender requirements
- Follow dealership F&I processes, menu presentation standards, and documentation procedures
- Protect the dealership from compliance risk through proper disclosures, documentation, and record keeping
- Maintain accurate and complete deal files
- Stay current on all applicable regulations and requirements, including Red Flags, OFAC, Privacy, Adverse Action, and other F&I compliance standards
- Conduct business with unquestionable integrity and ensure every transaction is handled properly
Operational Excellence
- Submit deals to lenders, secure approvals, and negotiate funding terms
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with lending partners
- Work closely with management to continually improve PVR, product mix, finance penetration, and overall F&I performance
- Ensure clean, accurate, and fundable deals with minimal contracts in transit
- Monitor deal status and proactively resolve funding or documentation issues
- Help management identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, profitability, and customer experience throughout the sales operation

- Partner closely with New and Used Sales Managers to increase sales volume, profitability, and overall department performance
- Help coach, develop, and support the sales team to improve deal quality, finance opportunities, and customer experience
- Identify opportunities to grow finance penetration, product penetration, PVR, and total dealership profitability
- Bring a team-first leadership mentality and contribute ideas that help move the entire sales operation forward
- Structure deals creatively and effectively while maintaining strong lender relationships and full compliance
- Balance profitability with an exceptional customer experience and our commitment to “We Make It Easy”
- Lead by example with unquestionable integrity, professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across Sales, F&I, and dealership leadership
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of successful automotive Finance Manager/F&I experience required
- Proven track record of strong F&I performance and profitability
- Strong understanding of automotive lending, deal structure, compliance, and F&I products
- Demonstrated ability to work with sales leadership and contribute to overall dealership growth
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Customer-first mindset aligned with the DeNooyer Chevrolet culture
