HIRING: Pet Care Specialist (18+) — Hounds Town
Hounds Town is looking for a friendly, reliable, hard-working team member who loves dogs and delivers great customer service. If you stay calm under pressure, have open availability, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. This is a physically demanding, labor-intensive role that requires strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
Requirements
- MUST be 18 years or older — no exceptions
- MUST have reliable transportation and strong attendance habits
- MUST demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
- MUST be capable of working in a highly active, physically demanding role for extended periods of time (standing, bending, lifting, mopping, scrubbing, etc.)
- MUST have holiday availability
- Open availability is strongly preferred, including weekends
- Must work well in a team environment and take direction professionally

Responsibilities
- Supervise dogs in play groups and ensure a safe, positive environment
- Support check-in/check-out and communicate clearly with pet parents
- Clean and sanitize suites, playrooms, and common areas
- Follow facility procedures for feeding, meds (as assigned), and routine care
- Maintain a professional, upbeat attitude with customers and teammates
