The Role
We are looking for dynamic, high-energy Coaches to lead Group HIIT classes and provide 1:1 Personal Training. You will be responsible for creating an atmosphere that is safe, effective, and incredibly motivating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-intensity group fitness classes with technical precision and "stage presence."
- Conduct 1:1 and small group personal training sessions.
- Provide form corrections and modifications to ensure member safety.
- Foster a positive, inclusive community at our HQ and corporate partner sites.
What We’re Looking For
- Certification: A nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.) is required.
- Energy: You must have the ability to motivate a room and lead with positive energy.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional "customer-first" attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in Group Exercise or a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science is a major plus!
