Responsibilities
- Manage lease or rental agreement processes, including lease renewals, terminations, and resident onboarding
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management to ensure community standards are upheld
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing of all HOA records, contracts, and legal documents
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy via phone, email, or in person
- Enforce Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant laws, and Section 8 guidelines to ensure compliance
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for resident tracking, billing, and reporting
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure quality services at competitive rates
- Resolve conflicts between residents or with vendors through effective conflict management strategies
- Conduct regular inspections using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to monitor property conditions
- Support leasing activities by upselling available units and promoting community amenities
Skills
- Proven experience with property management companies or in real estate administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of Landlord-Tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance
- Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software; experience with CMMS is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining positive vendor relationships
- Experience managing lease agreements, rental contracts, and tenant relations within a property management setting
- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures, facilities management, and data entry accuracy
- Office experience demonstrating organizational skills such as filing, record keeping, and administrative support
- Strong negotiation skills combined with sales acumen for upselling opportunities within the community
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
