We’re looking for a warm, knowledgeable, and confident Mat Pilates Instructor to help build something special in Lakeland.
Our studio is creating an elevated, community-focused experience where movement feels intentional, welcoming, and inspiring. We believe Pilates should be challenging, approachable, and leave clients feeling stronger every time they step off the mat.

What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging 45-60 minute Mat Pilates classes for all experience levels.
- Offer clear cueing, modifications, and hands-on coaching (when appropriate).
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment that keeps clients coming back.
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to provide an exceptional class experience.
- Help foster a positive studio community and support special events as we grow.
Qualifications
- Current Mat Pilates Certification (required)
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Previous group fitness or Pilates teaching experience preferred
- Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and safe movement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, dependable, and professional attitude

We’re seeking someone who genuinely loves teaching and helping others feel confident in their bodies. The ideal instructor is energetic without being intimidating, professional while remaining approachable, and excited to be part of a growing boutique studio.
Schedule
Full and Part-time with opportunities to grow.
Morning, evening, and weekend availability is a plus.
Compensation
Competitive per-class pay based on experience and certifications.
