Job Overview
Hello,
My name is Shanieah Banks, and I am the owner of Brilliant Base ABA Center located in West Allis, Wisconsin. I am reaching out because we are currently in the process of opening our ABA facility, and although we are still under construction, we are actively seeking a BCBA who is interested in partnering with us during this startup phase.
You are more than welcome to visit our site and see the progress as we build out the center. Our goal is to establish a strong, compliant, and effective ABA program, and we are looking for a BCBA who can collaborate with us through the application and credentialing process.
We are open to discussing a contract arrangement that supports both the startup phase and ongoing clinical oversight. We also plan to work with an ABA consulting company to help guide us through the full setup of the business, and your expertise would be a key part of that foundation.
If you are interested, I would love to schedule a time to talk further and explore how we can work together.
