Furniture Installer/Warehouse
Our company is looking for a full-time furniture installer and warehouse support staff with a valid drivers license and great work ethic. Must be hard-working, and able to work with a team to install furniture into newly built model homes all over the West Coast. Must take pride in being professional, efficient, flexible and be willing to work potentially long hours in a physically demanding position.
The job consists of assembling furniture, loading and unloading trucks, and setting up furniture into model homes, hanging artwork, and possibly directing other workers. Must be able to drive our trucks/vans and be flexible with our installation hours.
Responsibilities:
· Furniture assembly
· Receive furniture from delivery services and follow company check in procedures
· Loading furniture & accessories onto trucks
· Travel to various job sites to unload & install furnishings into model homes from start to completion
· Work directly with Interior Designers and other installers to set up model homes
Requirements:
· Must be able to lift 75 pounds
· Must possess a valid driver’s license
· Ability to travel and drive long hours (company pays all travel expenses)
· Ability to work overtime if needed
· Sense of efficiency for deadline-oriented installs
· Bi-lingual a plus
· Reliable
· Must be okay with a background check
Compensation:
· Depending on experience – Call for compensation range
· Full time position (Monday – Friday)
