We are looking for an independent individual to carry out our daily cleaning duties. Our goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition while maintaining enjoyable work conditions for our employees. The position includes daily cleaning duties of restrooms, offices, and other various areas of a courthouse. Grounds maintenance of removing snow and leaves, applying ice melt, and sweeping of entry ways will be required. Operating hours are from 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays. A background check will be conducted upon hiring.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
