4K Lead Teacher
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a state and federal background check
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for teaching and preparing children for kindergarten
4K Assistant Teacher
Requirements:
- ECD 101 required
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a state and federal background check
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for working with preschool-aged children
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
- Follow lesson plans and daily classroom schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff
- Ensure compliance with DSS licensing regulations and center policies
