Outpatient Physical Therapist (DPT)
Build Relationships That Last Beyond Discharge
Most physical therapy is built around short episodes of care
A patient is injured, recovers under your guidance, and is discharged often never to be seen again.
At Flexpros we've built something different
We work with active adults and athletes past the point of discharge, through return-to-sport, performance, and long-term health so the clinician becomes not just a rehab provider but a coach, educator, accountability partner, and trusted advisor.
How the practice works
- See a reasonable caseload of 6-8 clients per day, so that you go home feeling energized and happy about the work you did, instead of mentally or physically drained.
- Focus on your client – and spend a full 60 minute session with them one-on-one uninterrupted
- Ability to work with active adults and athletes who are extremely motivated
- Unlimited earning potential and ability to grow within the company
- You will be surrounded by like-minded positive, young, motivated group of professionals who encourage one another to become the best version of themselves
- You get to wear comfortable, professional “athleisure” wear to work
- Spend your down time researching when you need to, or communicating directly with your clients when they have questions - instead of filling out paperwork
- Have one-on-one mentorship and training every week - no matter your experience or skill level - to practice skills and go over cases.
- Most importantly... you get to use your talents and passion (you know, the thing that made you want to become a personal trainer to begin with) to make a REAL difference in people's lives.
Compensation
$41–51/hr depending on experience (~$85K–$106K at full-time), plus approximately $11,000/year in benefits — a total package of roughly $96K–$117K at full-time. Benefits include:
- Performance bonus tied to the revenue you generate
- $300/month health stipend ($3,600/year)
- $1,500/year continuing education budget
- License and liability insurance covered
- Two weeks paid time off plus six paid holidays
- Weekly one-on-one mentorship and case review with the owner
Who this is for
A licensed or soon-to-be-licensed DPT in Arkansas; strong new graduates with a background in sports or performance are considered.
You're competent in, or motivated to develop, return-to-sport and performance care. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is an asset, as it reflects a meaningful share of our patient population, though it isn't required.
Advancement
The role begins part-time at 20 hours per week and moves to full-time on defined caseload milestones set at the outset. From there:
Clinician → Lead Clinician / Program Lead → Clinic Director → Equity Partner
A lead role includes mentoring newer therapists and owning programs like strength-and-conditioning for a local team or community workshops, with a clinic-lead position as we add staff and a path to equity ownership as the practice grows. The owner treats and leads mentorship directly.
