Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Clinton, CT. This position supports Tracy by serving as a primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests. Daily responsibilities include managing client communications via phone and email, preparing and processing basic account and service documents, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks. The associate will help resolve routine client issues, coordinate with internal team members and external partners as needed, and contribute to a positive, professional client experience. This role also involves learning the firm’s financial services and processes to provide informed, courteous support and to identify opportunities for improved client service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional phone and email etiquette.
- An effective problem-solver who follows-through and is organized to manage multiple client requests.
- Strong interest and knowledge in personal finance and a basic understanding of retirement planning
- Attention to detail, proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems), and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Prior experience in financial services, client-facing roles, or a related professional setting is helpful but not strictly required.
- A degree in economics, accounting or finance would be beneficial
