Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, sales-focused individual to join our fast-growing team as a Front Buyer & Seller. This is a heavy sales, front-of-house position where you’ll buy, sell, and trade a wide range of consumer electronics.
You’ll work directly with customers all day—closing deals, negotiating offers, and building relationships—while handling everything from the newest iPhones and MacBooks to retro gaming systems.
Key Responsibilities
Buying & Trading
- Test, evaluate, and price a wide range of consumer electronics
- Use PayMore software and provided tools to determine accurate values
- Negotiate cash and trade offers professionally and confidently
- Clearly explain pricing, condition, and value to customers
Selling
- Act as the in-store electronics expert for purchasing customers
- Guide customers through buying pre-owned devices with warranties
- Upsell products and services while building trust and loyalty
Daily Duties
- Greet and assist new and returning customers
- Bench-test devices (phones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems, accessories)
- Research pricing, trends, and product details using various POS systems
- Make quick, informed purchasing decisions
- Accurately enter inventory and intake records
- Process payments and complete transactions
Qualifications
Required
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Strong consumer electronics knowledge
- Ability to quickly assess, test, and value devices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to type 70+ WPM with high accuracy
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred
- 5+ years of electronics experience or demonstrated lifelong tech expertise
- Some eBay or online resale experience
Experience with:
- Data wiping smartphones
- Removing iCloud/account locks
- Windows & macOS systems
- Testing gaming consoles and accessories

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
