Position Overview:
Lead Infant/Toddler Teachers create a safe, caring environment for infants and toddlers, encourage development through active play and verbal engagement, and maintain feeding schedules according to parent and center instructions.
Pay: Up to $19.50/hr (based on experience)
Signing Bonus: Up to $500 for qualified candidates.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift, 35–40 hrs./week
Education & Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or High School Diploma + 1 year infant/toddler care experience
- Able to lift 30+ lbs regularly
- Meet PA DHS clearances and background checks
- Good communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants in his/her care
- Give bottles to infants as provided by parents
- Change diapers as needed
- Soothe infants by singing to and cuddling them
- Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age-appropriate toys
- Put infants in cribs for nap time. Toddlers would have their cots for napping.
- Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday- Day Shift
- 26 hours to 39 hours/week - Part time and Full time

Pay: $16.75 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 – 40.0 per week
