Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)

Caldwell Presbyterian Church, a welcoming and active congregation in the heart of Lake George, is seeking a dependable, organized, and personable individual to serve as our part-time Office Manager/Administrative Coordinator.
This position plays a vital role in supporting the ministry and day-to-day operations of the church while serving as a friendly point of contact for members, visitors, and the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Office administration and recordkeeping
- Preparing correspondence, newsletters, and church communications
- Website and social media updates
- Creating promotional materials using Canva
- Managing calendars and schedules
- Assisting with public relations and community outreach
- General office duties and support for church programs
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Website management experience preferred
- Attention to detail, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Any experience with church, nonprofit, or volunteer organizations (preferred but not required).
Position Details:
- Part-time: approximately 15 hours per week
- Starting wage: $18 / hour
- Wednesday–Friday schedule preferred (flexible)
- Compensation commensurate with experience
