Position Summary
The Varicent Operations Support Specialist provides on-site support for Samsung’s incentive compensation system, Varicent. This role supports business users, manages data processing, troubleshoots system issues, and works with internal IT teams and external vendor Argano to maintain system stability.
Responsibilities:
Business & Field Support
- Provide daily on-site support to business users.
- Resolve Varicent-related issues and communicate with IT and business teams.
- Gather requirements and assist with system improvements.
- Support user training and monthly incentive cycles.
Varicent System Operations
- Perform data loads, calculations, workflow monitoring, and validation.
- Troubleshoot Varicent issues and coordinate resolutions with Argano.
- Perform testing for system updates and enhancements.
Data Processing & Automation
- Process and validate data from Samsung’s DataHub platform.
- Create and maintain Alteryx workflows for data transformation and automation.
- Investigate data issues and work with data teams on resolutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Argano, IT, data engineering, and business teams.
- Maintain documentation for processes, data flows, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in system operations, data processing, or business support.
- Must be able to work on-site in Plano, Texas.
- Experience with Varicent or similar incentive/commission systems.
- Proficiency with Alteryx Designer.
- Understanding of enterprise data platforms and data pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Varicent Modeler or Administration.
- Experience with Workday or similar enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of incentive compensation or sales performance management.
- ITIL experience and strong documentation skills.

- On-site position in Plano, TX.

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
