Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales items
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
-Maintain & advance Vape, Hemp and Smoke knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Vape, Hemp and Smoke knowledge preferred but not required
