As a Wireless Sales Associate, your initial training will focus on matching unique customer habits with the perfect technology solutions through direct, in-person sales conversations. The Wireless Sales Associate will then expertly explain how fiber-optic internet and 5G wireless provide the foundation for a modern, connected lifestyle, from smart home security to uninterrupted entertainment.
Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Associate
- Introduce customers to internet services through direct engagement and clear, value-focused sales conversations
- Support customers in understanding plan options by breaking down features into clear, everyday benefits that are important to them
- Assist with service selection by aligning basic customer needs with available options through guided and supportive sales conversations
- Gain hands-on experience by participating in regular Wireless Sales Associate meetings and strengthening communication skills over time
- Track customer interactions and preferences to maintain a consistent, organized sales process
- Work alongside the Wireless Sales Associate team to support overall sales performance and maintain steady customer engagement
Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; upper-level coursework or a degree in business administration, management, or entrepreneurship is a plus!
- A strong interest in sales or customer service is strongly desired
- Eagerness to grow within the Wireless Sales Associate role and develop new skills
- Ability to understand basic customer needs and connect them to the right services
- Attention to detail when recording customer information and tracking interactions
Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,600.00 per week
