We’re looking for a high-energy Auto Service Lane Advisor to join our team and help deliver an exceptional Ford service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Greet Ford customers promptly and professionally in the service lane
- Manage vehicle check-in, customer flow, and daily service-lane operations
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and confidently
- Identify additional service opportunities and drive service sales
- Work closely with Ford technicians and service management to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Review completed repairs and recommendations with customers
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat service business
- Maintain a professional, organized, and energetic service-lane environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of automotive Service Advisor experience
- Ford dealership experience required
- Strong understanding of Ford vehicles, maintenance schedules, and dealership service operations
- Proven customer-service and sales skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to explain automotive repairs and recommendations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service department
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong desire to meet and exceed sales and customer-satisfaction goals
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
