WCS Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented CAS Assessor to conduct the Child and Adolescent Service Needs (CAS) assessments for youth and families across Brooklyn. This position plays a vital role in evaluating service needs, strengths, risks, and supports to ensure youth receive appropriate behavioral, developmental, and community‑based services.
The CAS Assessor will complete in‑person assessments, coordinate with caregivers and providers, and submit accurate, timely documentation to support service planning and eligibility.
Job Function:

Schedule: Full-Time | 5 days x 8 hours
Flexible daytime shifts: 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm.
Schedule and coordinate the assessment process with individuals, families, and providers in the home and/or community.
Travel throughout the assigned region as required.
Accommodate varying schedules and hours, including flexibility on weekends.
Contact individuals and/or family caregivers to arrange appointments at convenient times and locations, which may include evenings and weekends.
Collaborate with Operations Support to arrange interpreter services when needed.
Job Requirements:

2 Years of experience working with OPWDD Population.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Must be able to travel throughout NYC.
