We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our Personal Care team as a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to our residents—helping with daily needs, ensuring comfort, and creating a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant :
- Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility support and assist with repositioning and transfers
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
- Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to ensure quality care
Qualifications for the Non-Certified Nursing Assistant:
- No certification required — training provided!
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Rotating Weekends and Holidays required
