Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities, including autism. Your expertise will directly impact the lives of children and their families by fostering growth through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
- Develop tailored treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles that promote meaningful progress
- Supervise and train behavior technicians in delivering high-quality ABA interventions aligned with best practices
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive support strategies
- Maintain accurate medical records, patient assessments, and documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in intake processes and behavioral health consultations to evaluate new clients’ needs
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and working with children with developmental disabilities
- Proven experience in working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other disabilities
- Strong data collection skills to track progress effectively and adjust interventions accordingly
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and patient care procedures
- Ability to perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations with sensitivity and professionalism
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of medical records and client information
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and stakeholders
