Greenhouse General Labor
We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and can follow detailed instructions while maintaining strong work ethics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Wide range of work opportunities include: Working in head house transplanting small plugs, trimming crops, working with plants, moving crops from greenhouse range to range.
· Maintain a clean working space, clean tool as necessary, pull weeds and remove debris.
· Work in a greenhouse environment to support operational needs (plant handling, organization, light labor tasks). Must be able to work with plants like Lavender/Rosemary that are high in essential oils.
· Able to work in cold and hot/humid greenhouse conditions.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations between the greenhouse.
· Consistently follow Process and Procedures.
· Effectively communicate with Supervisors, and be able to jump from project to project.
· Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:
· Dependable and self-motivated.
· Flexible and comfortable shifting between greenhouse task.
· Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish), for reading/writing in English and minimal conversational Spanish preferred but not required.
· Able to lift plants(5-20lbs), bending, stooping and walking required. Load, unload and move plant carts with plant material through greenhouses.

· Overtime is expected and available during peak production weeks of January-May
