The Mission
We are looking for a Production Supervisor who isn't afraid to lead from the front. This is not a "desk job." You will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing facility in Mableton, GA ensuring that our stucco production meets demand with precision and efficiency. Your goal is simple: own the warehouse floor, maximize output, and maintain the highest quality standards so the operation runs like a well-oiled machine.
What You Will Do (The Daily Grind)
- Direct Production: Overlook the entire EIFS/stucco production process from start to finish.
- Get Your Hands Dirty: Lead by example—assist with dumping sand, packing pails, and cleaning batches.
- Logistics & Inventory: Manage the loading and offloading of trucks with total accuracy.
- Quality Control: Handle color matching and sample creation to ensure every batch meets specs.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for the entire team.
What You Bring to the Table
- Manufacturing Experience: You understand how a production floor moves. Experience in building materials or stucco is a major plus.
- Unshakeable Reliability: You are the person who shows up early and stays until the job is done right.
- Physical Stamina: You are comfortable being on your feet all day and assisting with the heavy lifting required in a warehouse environment.
- Mechanical Aptitude: (Preferred) If a machine has a minor hiccup, you’re the person who knows how to grab a wrench and keep things moving.
- Team-First Mentality: You communicate clearly and work effectively with others to hit production targets.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
