Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible California SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision (yes to clinical fellows!)
- Experience in school-based and/or healthcare SLP settings valued
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in collaborating with SLPAs and educational teams
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat high school-aged students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop tailored treatment plans and maintain documentation
- Provide both direct and consultative services in person or via teletherapy
- Work closely with SLPAs, teachers, and families to support student success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
