This role offers an uncapped commission structure with top earners making $200K+ per year. You will manage territory accounts, build relationships, and train dealership staff on proven F&I products without income caps or rigid schedules.

We partner with automotive, powersports, marine, and RV dealerships nationwide, providing proven F&I products (service contracts, GAP, etc.) designed to boost profits and reward top-performing reps. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Account Management: Manage, grow, and own dealership accounts within your assigned territory.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong, trusted partnerships with dealer owners, GMs, and finance managers.
- Product Promotion: Present our comprehensive suite of high-converting F&I products.
- Dealer Training: Deliver in-store training and ongoing backend support to maximize dealership production.
- Pipeline Management: Keep your pipeline organized and update your CRM daily.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Sales experience (Automotive, F&I, or warranty experience is a plus, but not strictly required).
- Confident, professional demeanor with a proven ability to close deals.
- High degree of self-discipline, organization, and personal accountability.
- Ability to handle local field travel and access to reliable transportation.
- Strong internal motivation to succeed with minimal oversight.
