Phoenician Pain Management is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners /PA to join our team. This position will Full Time with no weekends and comes with a very competitive salary / benefit package, based on experience.
Ideal candidate has worked in Pain Management for a minimum of 2-3 Years with thorough experience and understanding of interventional procedures and medication management.
Required License/Certifications:
- AZ State License
- DEA License
Responsibilities:
- Competency in all areas of clinical practice including: medical knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills, patient care, professionalism, practice based learning and improvement, logical and moral decision making.
- Provides clear, concise, and accurate information in the electronic medical record.
- Patient education of treatment options and best course of actions. Understanding patient conditions, concerns and restrictions in order to make a proper cure or regimen.
- Management of Chronic Pain Conditions.
- Demonstrating cooperation and communication with all staff to work as a team.
- Engages in actions that promote professional growth and development to enhance processes that contribute to efficient and safe patient care.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of EMR and computer operation.
- Experience evaluating and working up patients for interventional procedures including Epidurals, Medial Branch Blocks, RFA's, Spinal Cord Simulation, IT Pain Pumps, Vertiflex, etc.
- Familiar with MME guidelines from CDC / DEA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of patients.
- Excellent organization skills, time management and ability to prioritize work.

Pay: $140,888.70 - $149,257.54 per year
