Your Impact
- Maximize driver and tractor utilization to keep freight moving
- Maintain accurate system updates
- Build strong driver relationships to reduce turnover and boost morale
- Ensure drivers receive timely support, communication, and home‑time planning
- Champion safety and compliance in every interaction
- Coordinate training, coaching, and compliance activities
- Monitor load plans, track progress, and ensure on‑time delivery
- Communicate proactively when issues arise
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- 2+ years of transportation experience preferred
- Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a driver‑first mindset
Work Setting
- Office environment with heavy phone and computer use
- Occasional outdoor walking between office and yard
