NEO Surgical Group is a rapidly growing Florida-based multidisciplinary medical organization providing orthopedic care, spine surgery, pain management, rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, and surgical services through a network of locations across Florida.
With clinics in Orlando, Kissimmee, Jacksonville, Tampa, Winter Haven, Port Charlotte, and Fort Myers, we are investing heavily in the growth of our Workers' Compensation division and are seeking an experienced leader to build, develop, and scale this service line throughout the state.
This is not a traditional administrative role.
This is an opportunity for a high-performing professional to develop a Workers' Compensation business platform from the ground up, establish strategic referral relationships, expand network participation, create operational infrastructure, and help shape the future of a growing healthcare organization.

Develop and lead NEO Surgical Group's Workers' Compensation division throughout Florida.

Identify, pursue, negotiate, and manage participation with Workers' Compensation networks, carriers, TPAs, managed care organizations, self-insured employers, and employer groups.

Lead provider network applications, credentialing requirements, contracting, reimbursement discussions, onboarding, and ongoing account management.

Collaborate closely with physicians, clinic leadership, surgery centers, imaging departments, rehabilitation providers, and billing teams.

Ensure injured workers receive timely, coordinated, high-quality care.

Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience working within orthopedic, spine, pain management, physical therapy, imaging, or surgical environments.
