Healthy At Home Physical Therapy is growing and looking to add a new Occupational Therapist to the team! Healthy At Home is a small mobile PT/OT company servicing patients in their homes. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate OT who is looking for some flexibility in their role. This is a per diem/part time role with a goal/expectation of 10-20 visits per week.
We are looking for....
-At least 3 years of experience as an OT
-Experience in homecare and/or outpatient
-Experience with geriatrics, ortho, neuro.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Ability to manage day to day Independently.
-Territory TBD upon hire.
