Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Your expertise in data interpretation, visualization, and reporting tools will support sales management, marketing strategies, and operational efficiencies. Duties
- Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain dashboards and produce recurring and ad hoc reports that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Track, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and enhance automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase data reliability.
- Monitor data quality by identifying discrepancies, investigating issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and respond to management requests by delivering timely, actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Support documentation, reporting standards, and metric governance by maintaining data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure consistency across the organization.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, risk management, or a related analytical field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and validate large datasets.
- Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization is considered a strong asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
