We are a growing real estate brokerage in Stockbridge seeking a Growth Director to partner directly with the Sales Director to support and develop our agents. This role focuses on training, agent support, and systems that drive production and professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Director with day‑to‑day agent questions about contracts, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver agent training, including in‑person sessions and ongoing skill development.
- Create, update, and present PowerPoints and other training materials for meetings and workshops.
- Participate in interviews with prospective agents and help evaluate fit, culture alignment, and growth potential.
- Help onboard new agents, ensuring they understand systems, tools, and brokerage standards from day one.
- Track agent engagement with trainings and identify opportunities for additional coaching or support.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, documentation, and training content over time.
Ideal candidate profile
- Active real estate license required: strong understanding of purchase agreements/GAR Documents and brokerage operations.
- Experience in residential real estate, agent support, or training/leadership within a brokerage or team.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading trainings with clear, confident communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when working with documents and presentations.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and common real estate tools/CRMs.
- Coach‑minded, patient, and genuinely interested in helping agents grow their business.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
