We are looking for a responsible and eager Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable and able to effectively communicate with families. As well as someone who is computer literate, with a working knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
You must be highly organized, and able to work without supervision.
Since you will be dealing with the public, excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.

Though this is part-time, this job requires working directly with grieving families. Dedication and compassion are a must for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide front desk coverage, including answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, greeting guests, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and well organized office.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain filing system
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, such as Adobe and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
