ABOUT SCREENROO Screenroo.com is an AI phone screener for recruiters. A recruiter uploads a job description, our AI builds the screening questions from it and generates a vacancy link. Candidates enter their details, Screenroo calls them, screens them for five minutes and delivers the recruiter a written summary of every candidate. It replaces the part of the job recruiters hate most: chasing candidates for a first-stage call that goes nowhere. THE ROLE We are looking for self-employed sales partners to sell Screenroo to recruitment agencies, RPOs and in-house talent teams. This is a remote, commission-only contract with no basic salary. HOW YOU ARE PAID 20% of the monthly subscription revenue from every account you sign, paid every month for as long as that account remains a customer. Paid instantly. You connect your own Stripe account in your seller dashboard and commission is transferred as each customer payment clears. No invoicing us, no month-end, no waiting on payroll. There is no basic salary, no retainer and no minimum earnings guarantee. Worked example: on a customer paying £199 per month, you receive £39.80 per month for the life of that account. Ten active accounts pays £398 per month. Twenty-five pays £995 per month. Earnings depend entirely on how many accounts you sign and how long they stay. Commission is calculated on subscription revenue only and is clawed back if an account cancels within 60 days of signing. You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance. There is no cost to join and nothing to buy.
