*Overview*
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood lead Teacher to join our team at our Lutheran school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a commitment to providing high-quality education to young learners.
*Duties*
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning
- Manage classroom activities and ensure all students are actively engaged
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide individualized support as needed
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support the overall well-being of each child
*Experience*
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred OR working towards a BA.
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education
- Proficiency in behavior management and classroom management techniques
- Knowledge of child welfare and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
