Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Inventory Control Specialist to support our Distribution Facility operations in Reno, NV. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, shipping processes, and general warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment.
This is a graveyard shift position ideal for candidates who are comfortable working overnight and thrive in hands-on, operational roles.
What You'll Do
Perform general warehousing and distribution functions under direct supervision
Prepare shipping containers and package orders for shipment
Verify orders for accuracy and completeness
Process packages using automated shipping systems
Complete end-of-day courier shipment manifests
Support inventory control activities, including cycle counting and stock monitoring
Learn and utilize SAP systems and warehouse transactions for inventory tracking
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pickers
Serve as backup support to the Distribution Center Supervisor as needed
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
6 months to 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems (or willingness to learn)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to perform basic inventory math
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating equipment
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems
Forklift or equipment operation experience (training provided)

For this role, the starting compensation range is $34,170 - $44,415k salry, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
