Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. The LPN is responsible for administering nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors while providing exceptional care to our residents.
$25.50 – $32.00 per hour
Full-Time & Part-Time
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Administer nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors
Provide direct resident care, including medication administration, treatments, dressing changes, and specimen collection
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
