Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize talent acquisition platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, Workday, and HRIS systems like PeopleSoft and UltiPro to track applicant flow and maintain accurate records.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and leveraging external recruiting channels.
- Build and nurture candidate relationships using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, market trends analysis, and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Conduct research on market trends in talent acquisition, employment law in talent management, and industry best practices to optimize recruiting strategies.
- Lead or participate in training & development initiatives for team members while managing teams of recruiters to meet hiring targets efficiently.
Skills
- Proficiency with talent management systems such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, Kronos, and UltiPro.
- Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing (including behavioral interviews), negotiation, and onboarding.
- Experience with employment & labor law applicable to talent management and external recruiting practices.
- Excellent communication skills for client communication, candidate engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Skilled in relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Familiarity with HR tools like Salesforce for lead generation and employee relations management; Paychex for payroll integration; HRIS systems for data accuracy; and social media platforms for talent outreach.

Pay: $51,817.11 - $62,403.40 per year
