Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for performing the highest quality of vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in automotive repair. Detail oriented, dependable, motivated and professional.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Service Technician experience
- Prior dealership experience a plus
- Ford training and certifications required
- CDK knowledge preferred
- ASE Certification preferred
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair preferred
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Insurance requires drivers to be age 21 or older.
