Orbit Consulting, based in the Los Angeles area, is currently seeking an Account Representative – Entry Level to support local AT&T Fiber initiatives. This role focuses on relationship-building, account support, and in-person engagement, while contributing to overall team performance and growth.
The Account Representative – Entry Level works directly with individuals interested in AT&T Fiber services, helping guide them through the setup process while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and communication. This is an on-site, entry-level opportunity with structured training and long-term development potential.
What an Account Representative - Entry Level Does:
- Engage with individuals in person to introduce and explain AT&T Fiber services
- Assist with account setup and enrollment processes
- Maintain a positive, professional experience during every interaction
- Support daily team coordination and performance goals
- Assist teammates with communication techniques and workflow best practices
- Participate in training and development sessions
- Help reinforce service standards and team expectations
What an Account Representative - Entry Level Should Have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,700.00 per month
